Chard Pizza? so good

Do you ever make something so delicious you can't believe you made it yourself???

well this Carmelized Onion & Chard pizza is one of those things. (the picture sucks). Got the recipe from The Vegan Table by Colleen Patric-Goudreau

but the contrast of the sweet onions & salty olives & capers was amazing, even better on the Vicolo corneal crust (frozen from Wholefoods) - i put a little Parma - vegan parmesan, and it was divine. I even ate the leftovers in the car on the go the next day cold and it was incredible.

here is a salad i made with the lettuce, pea shoots, spring onions & radishes - so pretty

i did indeed make strawberry muffins! i basically followed a combo of recipes i found online, used wholewheat flour, and added apple cider vinegar to the soy milk  - yum
